How We Work - Full Service

At Pringle & Pringle, we offer a comprehensive interior architecture and design service, guiding our clients from early concept through to final installation.

Whether we are reimagining a single room or collaborating alongside architects on a full renovation or new build, our approach remains the same: thoughtful planning, careful listening and meticulous attention to detail.

We are at our best when involved from the very beginning — working alongside your architect to shape a home from the inside out. By considering layout, flow and functionality at the earliest stage, we ensure the architecture and interiors complement one another seamlessly.

  • Every successful project begins with clarity.

    Working to an agreed fixed fee and aligned FF&E budget, we translate your brief into considered layouts, furniture plans and a cohesive design direction. This stage allows us to explore how you live, what matters most to you and how each space should feel.

    Deliverables typically include:

    • Refined spatial layouts

    • Furniture plans and joinery concepts

    • Elevations and technical drawings

    • Visuals where appropriate

    • Full FF&E specification

    • Fabric and finish samples

    • A detailed FF&E cost schedule

    This phase provides complete confidence before moving forward.

  • Once the design is signed off, we prepare a comprehensive tender package for contractors.

    This includes detailed drawings and specification documents covering:

    • Kitchens and bathrooms

    • Joinery and fireplaces

    • Lighting and electrical layouts

    • Flooring and decorative finishes

    • Architectural detailing requiring clarity on site

    Our documentation ensures builders fully understand the intent of the design, allowing accurate pricing and smooth delivery.

    We attend regular site meetings, monitor progress and ensure the design is executed as presented. We act as your advocate, problem-solve on your behalf and make considered on-site decisions when required - always balancing aesthetic integrity with practical realities.

    Our presence on site provides reassurance, clarity and continuity throughout the build.

  • With the design approved, we manage procurement of all specified furniture, fixtures and equipment in line with the agreed budget.

    Our considered, high–low approach ensures investment is focused where it matters most, maintaining longevity, comfort and cohesion throughout.

  • The final stage is where everything comes together.

    We coordinate deliveries, oversee installation and carefully style each space to ensure the finished home feels layered, resolved and entirely personal to you.

Interior Architecture

Interior architecture addresses structure, layout and functionality. It is the considered reworking of a building to support modern living, combining architectural rigour with refined design.

Our work includes spatial planning, circulation, structural alterations, window and door placement, heating, plumbing, lighting layouts and architectural detailing. We design and specify kitchens, bathrooms, staircases, joinery, flooring and all elements requiring internal construction.

We collaborate closely with trusted consultants and contractors to ensure seamless execution.

Interior Design

Interior design shapes atmosphere and comfort through colour, finishes and furnishings.

Once the architectural framework is resolved, we develop the decorative scheme - furniture layouts, fabrics, lighting and accessories - layering each space with warmth and individuality. We are always happy to incorporate existing pieces, reworking and refreshing where appropriate.

Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)

FF&E includes all freestanding furniture, rugs, soft furnishings, decorative lighting and finishing touches.

Budgets are agreed at the outset to allow intelligent specification. Our approach ensures the home feels cohesive, considered and enduring.
