2025: A Year of Interior Architecture, Colour and Growth at Pringle & Pringle.
2025 has been an exciting and significant year for Pringle & Pringle. As an established interior architecture and design studio based in Surrey, we have continued to shape thoughtful, characterful homes across the UK - and beyond.
From the completion of a substantial Arts and Crafts renovation to launching our own furniture brand, it has been a year defined by collaboration, creativity and carefully considered design.
Here’s a look at what we’ve been working on.
Completion of Our Surrey Hills Arts and Crafts Renovation.
One of the highlights of 2025 was the completion of our Arts and Crafts house renovation in the Surrey Hills.
Working alongside Mitchell Evans Architects and Charlie Curtis Construction, we provided full interior architecture and interior design services, including contract administration throughout the build.
This was a comprehensive renovation with a considered replacement extension designed to optimise far-reaching views, introduce a generous new kitchen and create an elegant primary suite. We specified all architectural detailing, from joinery and bathrooms to lighting and finishes, ensuring the home retained its period integrity while evolving for modern family life.
Remaining closely involved on site through weekly meetings allowed us to protect the design intent and make thoughtful refinements as the build progressed. Our clients’ trust enabled us to deliver a cohesive, fully realised vision for the house.
We look forward to photographing this project in late spring and sharing it in full.
A Joyful Full House Decoration & FF&E Project in Oxted.
In Oxted, we completed a vibrant full house decoration and FF&E project for a young family.
While the overall structure remained intact, we optimised each room to better support family life — reimagining layouts, introducing bespoke storage solutions and layering colour, pattern and texture throughout.
The result is a home full of personality and warmth — a celebration of joyful, confident interior design that reflects the clients’ lives and energy.

Fulham Interior Design Collaboration.
We also completed an interior design project in Fulham, working alongside Emilie Mauran.
This project focused on refined decoration and curated furnishings, balancing architectural clarity with softness and texture. Collaboration remains central to our approach, and we value working alongside talented architects and consultants to ensure each project is cohesive and thoughtfully delivered.

Launching the Orford Collection.
In 2025, we proudly launched Orford Collection, our new furniture brand.
Born from years of specifying bespoke pieces for clients, Orford Collection reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, timeless design and practical elegance. The collection allows us to extend our design philosophy into beautifully made furniture that sits seamlessly within both contemporary and traditional homes.

Our First Overseas Project - Switzerland.
2025 also saw the completion of our first overseas interior design project in Switzerland.
Working internationally brings both creative and logistical challenges, and this project allowed us to apply our full-service interior design expertise beyond the UK. It marks an exciting step in the continued growth of the studio.

Time to Pause.
In August, we made the deliberate decision to close the studio for a short period to spend meaningful time with our families.
As a family-focused interior design practice, we believe balance matters. While our projects remained carefully managed, this pause allowed us to return with renewed clarity and energy for the remainder of the year.
New Projects Across Surrey and London.
This year also marked the beginning of several exciting new projects:
A full house renovation in Guildford, where we are working from early-stage design alongside the wider consultant team.
A comprehensive redevelopment in Queen’s Park, with construction beginning this spring.
A carefully considered update for returning clients in West London, refreshing key rooms while maintaining the character of their home.
Each project reinforces our belief in designing from the inside out — combining spatial planning expertise with layered, personal decoration.
Looking Ahead to 2026.
As we move into 2026, there is much to look forward to.
We will be photographing several projects completed in 2025, including our Surrey Hills Arts and Crafts renovation and a number of full house interior design commissions across Surrey and London. We are excited to share these in detail and showcase the breadth of our interior architecture and decoration work.
We are also currently designing a substantial and beautifully detailed project in St George’s Hill for a wonderful family. This is a particularly exciting commission, allowing us to apply our full interior architecture and design service at scale - from spatial planning and architectural detailing through to layered decoration.
New projects are beginning to take shape in Provence, Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire, further extending our work across both the UK and overseas. Meanwhile, our Guildford renovation will reach completion, bringing another carefully considered family home to life.
Alongside our project work, we will continue developing the Orford Collection, expanding the range with new designs that reflect our commitment to craftsmanship, proportion and timeless appeal.
2026 promises to be a year of creativity, growth and beautifully resolved homes - and we look forward to sharing the journey.
